A Word from Dr. Liu

My educational background is in clinical medicine, where I was taught Western medicine with special interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which has more than 5,000 years of history. I was very interested in its unique prevention and treatment of diseases, by using philosophy and dialectics, natural herbs that caused minimal to no side effects.

After graduating from Bengbu Medical College in 1978, I then worked in their medical school for 4 years. Continuing my graduate school education, I began scientific research for gene mutation of abnormal hemoglobin, graduating from Jinan University School of Medicine in 1985.
